Through education, shelter, and skills development initiatives, LEEDO works<br>to create opportunities for children and youth to build a safe and dignified future.<br><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><br>We are currently expanding our education and capacity-building programs and seeking a<br>passionate and committed ICT Teacher to support children and youth in developing practical<br>digital skills and preparing them for future employment opportunities.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and conduct ICT training sessions for children and youth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver computer literacy classes covering MS Office, internet use, email, typing, and basic<br>digital skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce learners to graphic design, and relevant digital tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support participants in developing practical ICT skills to prepare them for the job market<br>and future employment opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide students in developing digital competencies, problem-solving skills, and workplace<br>readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of ICT equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare training reports, maintain attendance records, and evaluate student progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with educators and program staff to integrate ICT into learning activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop age-appropriate digital learning materials suitable for diverse learning needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide individual technical support to students when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize ICT-related events, competitions, and exhibitions to encourage creativity and<br>innovation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated with current ICT trends and incorporate relevant learning approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure safe and responsible use of technology in accordance with child safeguarding<br>standards.<br><br><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience in ICT teaching or training (fresh graduates may apply).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of computer applications and educational software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized communities will be considered an<br>advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for teaching and youth empowerment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patience, empathy, and willingness to work with vulnerable street-connected children.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect for diversity and commitment to ensuring that no child or individual is treated<br>with discrimination or disrespect.<br><strong>Employment Status &amp; Benefits:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary: <\/strong>Negotiable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Environment:<\/strong> Supportive, child-focused, and mission-driven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other Benefits:<\/strong> As per organizational policy<br><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br>Interested candidates who meet the criteria are invited to submit their CV along with a Cover<br>Letter to: hr.leedo2000@gmail.com<br><strong>Subject Line:<\/strong> Application for the position of ICT Teacher<br><strong>Office Address: <\/strong>Road No-1, Washpur Garden City, Washpur, Basila, Dhaka-1312.<br><strong>Safeguarding Note:<\/strong><br>LEEDO is an equal opportunity employer with zero tolerance for child abuse and exploitation.
