Position Overview
LEEDO is seeking a dynamic Consultant to support our growing programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing project proposals, securing funding, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing LEEDO’s outreach globally.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Proposal Writing:
  Develop compelling project proposals for donors as per requirements.
  Research funding opportunities and align proposals with donor priorities.
  Draft concept notes, detailed proposals, and grant applications.
• Fundraising & Resource Mobilization:
  Identify potential donors, grants, and CSR funding partners (International & local).
  Develop fundraising strategies to diversify LEEDO’s funding sources.
  Build relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
• Communication & Advocacy:
  Represent LEEDO in online & in-person forums, conferences, and networking events.
  Enhance LEEDO’s visibility through strategic communication campaigns.
• Partnership Building & Networking:
  Establish and maintain strong partnerships with NGO/INGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
  Facilitate collaboration opportunities with like-minded organizations.
  Act as liaison between LEEDO and external partners to maintain a sustainable relationship.
• Monitoring & Evaluation Support:
  Assist in tracking project outcomes and impact for donor reporting.
  Provide recommendations for program improvement based on feedback and data.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Proven experience in project proposal writing, grant applications, and fundraising (preferably with NGOs or international organizations).
• Strong networking and partnership development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of child rights, social development, or humanitarian sectors will be an added advantage.

Position Name: ICT Instructor
Job Type: Part-time Location: Washpur Gardern City, Dhaka, Bangladesh Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver ICT training modules for children and youth.
• Conduct regular computer literacy classes, covering basics to advanced topics (MS Office, Internet use, email, typing, etc.).
• Introduce learners to coding, graphic design, and digital tools.
• Support participants in gaining practical digital skills for personal development or employment.
• Ensure all ICT equipment is maintained and functional.
• Prepare training reports, maintain attendance, and evaluate participant progress.
• Collaborate with other educators and team members to integrate ICT in educational programs.
• Develop age-appropriate digital content and training materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Provide one-on-one technical support to students when needed.
• Organize ICT-related events, competitions, and exhibitions to encourage creativity and innovation.
• Stay updated with emerging ICT trends and integrate them into the curriculum where applicable.
• Support the safeguarding and protection of children during ICT sessions by ensuring safe and responsible use of technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ICT training or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer applications and educational software.
• Experience in working with marginalized or underprivileged communities is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about teaching and youth empowerment.
