connected children. Through education, shelter, and skills development initiatives, LEEDO works
to create opportunities for children and youth to build a safe and dignified future.
Position Summary
We are currently expanding our education and capacity-building programs and seeking a
passionate and committed ICT Teacher to support children and youth in developing practical
digital skills and preparing them for future employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct ICT training sessions for children and youth.
• Deliver computer literacy classes covering MS Office, internet use, email, typing, and basic
  digital skills.
• Introduce learners to graphic design, and relevant digital tools.
• Support participants in developing practical ICT skills to prepare them for the job market
  and future employment opportunities.
• Guide students in developing digital competencies, problem-solving skills, and workplace
  readiness.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of ICT equipment.
• Prepare training reports, maintain attendance records, and evaluate student progress.
• Collaborate with educators and program staff to integrate ICT into learning activities.
• Develop age-appropriate digital learning materials suitable for diverse learning needs.
• Provide individual technical support to students when required.
• Organize ICT-related events, competitions, and exhibitions to encourage creativity and
  innovation.
• Stay updated with current ICT trends and incorporate relevant learning approaches.
• Ensure safe and responsible use of technology in accordance with child safeguarding
  standards.
  
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ICT teaching or training (fresh graduates may apply).
• Strong knowledge of computer applications and educational software.
• Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized communities will be considered an
  advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and youth empowerment.
• Patience, empathy, and willingness to work with vulnerable street-connected children.
• Respect for diversity and commitment to ensuring that no child or individual is treated
  with discrimination or disrespect.
