Refer to Other Organization’s Shelter

If a child’s family remains untraceable or the condition of the family is such that it would hamper the child’s wellbeing and growth, we arrange for the child to be looked after by one of our associate organizations, such as Dhaka AhsaniaMission,SOS Children Village, Shishu Polli Plus, SEEP, the SCAR project operated under the Department of Social Welfare, etc. Using this REFER strategy, these organizations meet the long-term rehabilitation needs of children. In the past year we referred approximately 400 children to other organization’s shelter for their long-term support.
