LEEDO (Local Education and Economic Development Organization) is a non-profit development organization dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged and street-connected children through protection, education, rehabilitation, and community development programs. Educational Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

Age Requirement

• 20 to 30 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish communication with street-connected, vulnerable and disadvantaged children and engage them in organizational programs and services.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with community leaders, government agencies, NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate community awareness sessions, campaigns, workshops and outreach activities.
• Support resource mobilization efforts and identify local fundraising opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits, monitoring activities and data collection.
• Prepare and submit field reports, activity reports and other documentation as required.
• Promote children’s rights and advocate for the protection and well-being of vulnerable children.
• Ensure strict compliance with the organization’s Child Protection Policy, Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
