LEEDO’s Transitional Shelter Setu Bandhan (TSSB) in Kadamtali provides immediate protection and care for street-connected and vulnerable children who have been rescued from situations of neglect, abuse, exploitation, and homelessness. The shelter offers a safe and nurturing environment where children can begin their journey toward recovery and rehabilitation.

Children at the shelter receive nutritious meals, healthcare services, psychosocial counselling, recreational opportunities, educational support, and life-skills training. LEEDO also works closely with families and local communities to facilitate safe reintegration whenever possible. Through a child-centred and trauma-informed approach, the Kadamtali shelter helps children rebuild their confidence, regain a sense of security, and prepare for a brighter future.
