Vocational Training Center

LEEDO’s Vocational Training Center provides practical, market-oriented skills training to vulnerable adolescents and young adults, enabling them to achieve financial independence and build sustainable livelihoods. The center serves young people who have experienced poverty, homelessness, abuse, exploitation, or social exclusion and equips them with the tools necessary to reintegrate into society with dignity and confidence.

The program combines technical training with life-skills development, career counseling, entrepreneurship support, and psychosocial care. Participants receive guidance from experienced trainers while learning skills that are relevant to current labor market demands. By strengthening self-confidence and expanding employment opportunities, the center helps participants create a pathway toward long-term stability and self-reliance.
